Question
What is considered an outer wing panel?
Answer
As per rule 7.1, the aircraft's outer-most wing panels must be at least 42 inches in span. This applies to the outer 2 panels (left and right) only.

As per rule 3.6, for regular class, wing panels will be installed once the aircraft is on the flight line and the take-off timing has started.
