Teams can now submit pilot requests for SAE Aero Design West in California and SAE Aero Design East in Texas.

To request a pilot for either SAE Aero Design event, please send an email with the following information to [email protected]:

• Name of SAE Aero Design Event (please include West or East)
• University Name
• Team Name
• Aircraft Type
• Aircraft Number
• Captain Name
• Captain Email
• Captain Phone Number

Once your request is submitted, please allow 1-2 weeks to get a pilot assigned. Once assigned, you will receive an email from an SAE Aero Design volunteer to introduce your pilot.
