Your team's unique access link has been emailed to your primary team contact that you indicated on your presenter form.

Please reach out to the individual marked as primary team contact on your presenter form to obtain the login link for tomorrow. If you are the primary contact, please distribute the link to your presenters.

Important Notes for Friday:

• SIGN UP: If you have not done so already, create an account at www.hopin.com.

• REGISTER ASAP: If you have not done so already, after creating your account, please register as 'Student Presenter' at https://hopin.com/events/aero-design-west-virtual-design-presentation-day-2.

  • Please complete this step ASAP - currently we only have 24 student presenters signed up for Day 2. Failure to sign up may negatively impact your presentation tomorrow.

  • Make sure when creating your account that you use the same email address and exact name that your team lead provided in the Presenter Form submission.

• On the day of presentation use the link that was emailed to your primary contact to navigate to the room. DO NOT navigate from within the site, use the specific link that was sent to your team.

• Presentations will be recorded and shared with your team after, so please do not share your link with anyone.
