To request a pilot for either Aero Design East or West, please send an email with the following information to [email protected]:

• University Name
• Team Name
• Plane Number
• Captain Name
• Captain Email
• Captain Phone Number
• Would you like to request a specific pilot? If not, pilots will be assigned in rotation.

Once assigned, you will receive an email from Tom to introduce your pilot.
The pilot will be copied on the email so you can ask questions as needed.
