Membership Data Import Error

We have seen an influx of Support Tickets, emails, and phone calls today regarding an error some individuals are receiving when trying to import their membership data for the Fast Track Roster. Please know that we have our internal IT Team actively working on a fix so if you too are experiencing this issue there is no need to panic. You will still be able to import your membership data and complete the Fast Track Roster requirements after your deadline if we don't have it resolved in time.

Please include the following in your ticket:

  • Your Name
  • Your Membership Number
  • The email address associated with your membership
