Upcoming Document Deadlines
Document submission deadlines for SAE Aero Design West begin early next week. Please visit the Deadlines Page on saeaerodesign.com to review all upcoming deadlines. The official "Deadline Policy" can be found in Section 1.15 of the 2025 SAE Aero Design Rules.
SAE STARS Scoring Access
Access to the SAE STARS scoring system should be available to teams roughly one month prior to each on-site event. Once available, teams will receive an access code allowing them to log onto the system and review the self-inspection checklists. We will send an update as soon as more information is available.
Hotels & Travel
Hotel room blocks continue to be available for each event on sae.org. Please review the accomodations and locations to determine if there is a good fit for your team.
