Registration Payment Deadline - October 4th

Teams that pre-registered or registered Tuesday for 2025 SAE Aero Design competitions are required to have their payment completed by 5:00 PM Eastern Friday, October 4th. You can pay online with a credit card on your team profile page at sae.org, or over the phone with a credit card by calling our customer service department (# listed below). Further instructions for payment will be on your invoice.

Official Payment Policy: Teams are required to have invoices paid 2 business days after their invoice generates. Invoices generate 24 hours after a registration has been secured.
