Attention: Aero WEST Teams!
Virtual presentations are right around the corner - happening on March 25th and April 1st. While the presentation schedule has not been posted yet, we will be sharing very soon so that your team is aware of your specific presentation date and time.
With only a two weeks before the start of the presentations, we need your help on a few things to ensure that the presentations go as smoothly as possible. Please note the action item below.
Please upload the 'AERO WEST - Presenter Form' in the document submission area of www.saeaerodesign.com no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on Wednesday, March 16th.
Additional Notes
'AERO WEST - Presenter Form Template: The template can be found on Series Resources within the '2022 CDS Competition Season' > 'Virtual Presentations' folders. Please complete this ASAP. We will be pulling the submissions on March 17th and inputting your presenters into the system. Please try your best to NOT make any changes after you have submitted.
Account Testing: We will be reaching out after submissions about website and account testing. Also, please be aware that we will be recording your presentations - that said, please ONLY include individuals on the presenter form that will actually be presenting. You can share your video recording post presentation with your faculty advisor, teammates that weren't presenters, etc.
Aero EAST Teams: Teams registered for SAE Aero Design East will have a separate presenter template, separate due date, and separate document submission area set up for them. As soon as we are ready for EAST teams to complete these steps, we will announce on the news feed at www.saeaerodesign.com/go/news and mobile app.
