Now available for Aero Design West teams is a pre-recorded welcome video from key organizers of the competition.

Teams can use the Welcome Video link to watch, Lead Organizer, Ryan Reynolds touch on event specifics such as site layout, event timeline and administration expectations. Air Boss, RF Monitor, Glenn Cashion talks about the weekend flight operation rules detailing line operations, flight line safety and field information. Also Lead Scorekeeper, Lonnie Dong provides knowledge on the ticket flight systems and how to read the scores.

There will be a mandatory meeting Friday, April 8th at 5PM in which questions can be raised.
