The registration lottery for the 2026 SAE Aero Design Engagement Lab closes tonight at 11:59:59 PM Eastern. Teams registered before the lottery release will be included in the initial selection. Any remaining spots will stay open through February 15 on a first come, first served basis.

Only 30 teams will be accepted for the SAE Aero Design Engagement Lab, taking place March 8 and 9 at the Florida Air Museum in Lakeland, Florida.

Special Note: The five student limit per team has been lifted. More team members can now attend!

• Industry led sessions on design thinking, requirements, and flight simulation with MathWorks

Sunday, March 8 is an evening networking event after the Aero Design East Awards.

Monday, March 9 is a full day of technical and team development sessions from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Team fee is $500.
