Your action is needed on the following ASAP - failure to complete these steps ahead of time could result in technical issues on presentation day!

1. Complete AND upload the PDF 'AERO WEST - Presenter Form' by March 23rd

Please upload the 'AERO WEST - Presenter Form' in the document submission area of saeaerodesign.com no later than 11:59:59 PM ET on Wednesday, March 23rd. This 'presenter form' template can be found within the '2022 CDS Competition Season' > 'Virtual Presentations' folders in Series Resources. Please try your best to NOT make any changes after you have submitted. Maximum of 8 team members per presentation.

2. Create an account at Hopin

Visit https://hopin.com/ and create an account ASAP.

3. Register for your scheduled presentation day

You can find out which day your team is scheduled to present by visiting the 'schedule' tab within the SAE Aero Design mobile app, or from within the '2022 CDS Competition Season' folder of Series Resources. Once you know your presentation date, register at the corresponding virtual event url below.
