• Microsoft Teams Meeting Invites were distributed to your team earlier this week for presentations occurring tomorrow, March 24th. These would have been sent by Brett Foley. If you have not received this invite (and were listed on your presenter form), please flag us immediately at [email protected].
• Meeting invites for the 31st will be distributed next week.
• Presentations are scheduled in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). Please verify and convert your times accordingly – a link to the schedule is provided below.
• Each presentation has 30 minutes allotted. 10 minutes for presentation + 7 min Q&A + 3 min technical buffer + 10 min judge deliberation.
• We are utilizing shared rooms for these presentations. For that reason, please DO NOT show up any earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled presentation time. You will NOT be permitted into the room earlier than 5 minutes before your presentation and strongly encourage you to not even attempt to enter the room until that time.
• Presentations will be recorded.
