Payment Due: October 5, 2026 EoD
- to pay visit the Registration Dashboard link on your team member menu at saeaerodesign.com
- if paying via PO, submit payment initiation request to ticket system (linked below)
- if payment not completed or initiated by end of day October 5th, your position on the registration list with be forfeited and offered to a team on the waitlist.
Waitlist Teams: If your team is currently on the waitlist, you will not need to complete payment unless and until you are offered a spot on the official registration list. In the meantime, continue designing, building, and submitting all required documents as scheduled. Most importantly, keep a close eye on your email. If a spot becomes available and is offered to your team, you will have 24 hours to accept or decline before the opportunity is offered to the next team on the waitlist.
Withdrawal Process/Urgency: If your team has secured a registration spot that you no longer plan to use, please request withdrawal using the button on your registration dashboard or submit a ticket using the link below. Teams are actively waiting for the opportunity to compete in 2027, so please be courteous to those on the waitlist by releasing your spot as soon as you know you will not be participating.
